  1. PayPal confirms the $149 pay-once purchase (DennTech_Scanner_PayOnce).
  2. You get a one-time passworded .7z download link by email (typically 24h, single use).
  3. Open with 7-Zip using the emailed password. Install or run portable.

Install / portable

Package typically includes DennTech_Scanner_Setup.exe (~164.5 MB class), onedir DennTechScanner.exe + _internal, addons/ClickTicket/, launch bats, INSTALL.txt, and config.example.json. Version string: 2.1-dash.

Config ships with YOUR_* placeholders only — paste keys locally after install.

Every API the desk exposes

Honest line: live orders this build = Alpaca + Schwab; others may be saved in Settings for data/future but are not live order routers yet. Denntech never holds your funds. Stream viewers cannot trade through the broadcast.

Alpaca Live orders

api_key + api_secret (SIP/IEX) — market data, UOA path, stock orders live.

Schwab Live orders

proxy_api_key or OAuth client_id/secret + token — quotes, Click Ticket, option orders live, UOA Schwab adapter.

Finnhub Data

api_key — news / data source.

Grok / xAI Data

api_key + models — AI scan / social sentiment.

Scanner questions

Do I pay monthly for DennTech Scanner?

No. The desktop is $149 pay-once for life. The free live stream is watch-only and stays public.

Does the free live stream let me trade?

No. Stream viewers cannot enter orders. Order entry is only on the paid Windows desktop with your own broker keys.

Whose API keys are used?

Yours (BYO). Config ships with YOUR_* placeholders. Denntech does not custody funds or hold your live keys.

Which brokers / APIs does the desk expose?

BYO: Alpaca, Schwab, Finnhub, Grok/xAI, IBKR, Tradier, Tastytrade, E*TRADE, TradeStation. Live orders this build = Alpaca + Schwab; others may be saved for data/future but are not live order routers yet.
